Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains what data this site collects, how it is used, who it is shared with and your rights as an Australian resident. This site does not process deposits or wagers.
This privacy policy applies to this website only. It does not apply to Rollxo Casino itself — for the casino's own privacy policy, refer to the footer of the Rollxo Casino website. This site is an independent information and review resource.

Data We Collect
We collect two categories of data: automatically collected technical data and voluntarily submitted information.
Automatically collected data
- Server logs: IP address, browser user agent string, referring URL, page requested and timestamp. Retained for up to 90 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
- Analytics data: Page views, session duration, scroll depth, click events and device/browser type. Collected via an analytics platform (see Third-Party Tools below). This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
- Outbound link tracking: When you click an affiliate link to Rollxo Casino, a cookie or URL parameter records the referral. This is how we attribute commissions. The data is shared with Rollxo's affiliate platform (see Third-Party Tools).
- Cookie identifiers: Session cookies and persistent cookies are set on your device as described in the Cookies section below.
Voluntarily submitted data
- Contact form or email: If you contact us via the footer contact channel, we receive the information you submit (name, email address, message content). This is used solely to respond to your query.
We do not collect: payment card numbers, government ID documents, passwords, social security numbers or any financial account details. This site has no registration system and no user accounts.
Use and Storage
Data collected on this site is used for the following purposes only:
- Site analytics: Understanding which content is most useful to visitors so we can improve it.
- Performance monitoring: Identifying slow pages, errors or broken links via server logs.
- Affiliate attribution: Tracking outbound clicks to Rollxo Casino to calculate referral commissions. This is how the site is funded.
- Responding to contact requests: If you email us, we use your submitted details to reply.
- Security: Detecting and blocking malicious traffic, bot activity or attempted attacks via server log analysis.
We do not sell personal data to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising targeting, profiling or any purpose beyond those listed above.
Server log data is stored on servers located in Australia or the European Economic Area. Analytics data is stored by the relevant third-party platform (see below). Contact form submissions are stored in our email system and deleted within 12 months.
Third-Party Tools
We use the following third-party services that may receive a subset of data about your visit:
- Analytics platform: Receives anonymised page view and session data. Does not receive your name or email address. The platform operates under its own privacy policy and may store data outside Australia.
- Rollxo affiliate platform: Receives a referral identifier when you click an outbound link. The affiliate platform is operated by or on behalf of Rollxo Casino and is subject to Rollxo's own privacy policy.
- Content Delivery Network (CDN): Your browser requests static assets (images, CSS, JavaScript) from CDN servers. The CDN provider receives your IP address and browser details as part of standard HTTP request handling. CDN providers do not use this for advertising.
- Email provider: If you contact us, your message is processed and stored by our email service provider. The provider is subject to its own privacy policy.
We do not embed Facebook pixels, Google Ads tags, or any third-party advertising tracking code on this site.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. This site uses the following types:
| Cookie type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Session cookie | Maintains session state while browsing (e.g., remembers language preference) | Expires when browser is closed |
| Analytics cookie | Identifies repeat visitors to analytics platform (anonymised) | Up to 2 years |
| Affiliate tracking cookie | Records that you clicked a Rollxo affiliate link so commission can be attributed | 30–90 days (varies by affiliate programme) |
You can disable cookies at any time in your browser settings. Disabling cookies does not affect your ability to read content on this site. It may prevent affiliate attribution from being recorded.

Your Rights Under Australian Law
Australian residents have rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). These include:
- Right of access: You may request a copy of any personal information we hold about you.
- Right of correction: If information we hold about you is incorrect, you may request it be corrected.
- Right to complain: If you believe we have handled your personal information in breach of the Privacy Act, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Because this site does not require registration and stores minimal personal data, the information we hold about any individual visitor is generally limited to server log entries (IP address and timestamp) that are routinely deleted after 90 days.
EU residents also have rights under the GDPR. If you are accessing this site from the EU and wish to exercise GDPR rights (erasure, portability, restriction), contact us via the footer.
Opt-Out and Deletion Requests
To opt out of analytics tracking: use a browser extension such as uBlock Origin, or disable cookies as described above.
To request deletion of any personal data we hold: contact us via the footer contact channel with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and describe the data you want deleted. We will respond within 30 days.
Note: server log entries containing IP addresses are automatically deleted after 90 days as a matter of standard policy. We cannot delete data held by third-party platforms (analytics, affiliate) on your behalf — contact those platforms directly for their own deletion processes.
